200 Academy Way Nears Completion

Exciting progress is happening at 200 Academy Way! Our 25,880 square-foot Class A flex industrial building in Sparks, Nevada, is nearing the finish line.

Our contractor, Devcon Construction, has been working diligently to bring this project to life. Recently, they wrapped up several milestones, including the completion of the spec office, landscaping, HVAC installation, and sidewalks. Thanks to their efficiency and dedication, we are ahead of schedule!

We are proud of the job Devcon and our project engineers at Tectonics Design Group have done. As you can see from these recent photos, they have designed and constructed a modern and aesthetically pleasing industrial facility that can support a variety of uses. It is programable for up to four different tenants with six 12’x14’ grade level doors, 18’ clear height, and a 740 square-foot spec office suite already in place.

The next major step will be the switchgear installation, which is set to take place in the next couple of weeks. Switchgear is the vital equipment that protects, isolates, and controls electrical equipment––with extensive lead times in today’s market. Once this is complete, 200 Academy Way will be ready for inspections.
